春暖花开,几个好友相约登宝华山,游览天下第一律宗古刹宝华山隆昌寺,下山途中忽见有游人在路旁采摘野蒜,于是我等一行也加入其中,这里的野蒜密度很高,个头不小,成色不错。回来后根据网上攻略做了野蒜饼,这里小小献丑一下:
1、准备面粉适量,鸡蛋两个,盐、橄榄油少许备用;将野蒜切成碎末;
2、将所有原料适当拌匀,加冷水继续搅拌,要稍微稀一些;
3、平底锅加油小火加热,将适量面糊摊入锅中,正反两面都要加热,很快两个作品就诞生了; 4、二号作品
